A French-Polish pianist, Agnieszka Ufniarz has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York, the Teatro Real and the Auditorio Nacional in Madrid, the Theatro Municipal in São Paulo, the Musashino Shimin Concert Hall in Tokyo, and the Salle Gaveau in Paris. Trained by Tatiana Shebanova and Dmitri Bashkirov, two leading figures in the world of piano, she has won several international competitions. Notably, she was awarded the Dorothy MacKenzie First Prize – Artist Recognition Award in New York, as well as the Bärenreiter Verlag Prize at the European Young Concert Artists auditions in Leipzig.
As a soloist, she has performed with the São Paulo Municipal Symphony Orchestra, the Polish Radio Amadeus Orchestra and several philharmonic orchestras, under the baton of Agnieszka Duczmal, José Maria Florêncio and Nabil Shehata. A passionate chamber musician, she has collaborated notably with the Israel Philharmonic Quartet, the soprano Iwona Sobotka and the baritones Tom Krause and Matthieu Walendzik.
In 2025, she was honoured in the Culture category of the ‘An Outstanding Pole in France’ competition, organised under the patronage of the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to France.
