Bartosz Koziak, hailed as a “visionary and poet of the cello,” is known for his expressive interpretations and bold program choices, spanning both classical and contemporary repertoire. He has performed at prestigious venues such as the Berliner Philharmonie, Rudolfinum in Prague, and the National Philharmonic in Warsaw.
As a soloist, he has collaborated with major orchestras including the Warsaw Philharmonic, Sinfonia Varsovia, Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte Carlo, and the Prague Philharmonic, under conductors like Krzysztof Penderecki, Antoni Wit, and András Keller.
A dedicated advocate of contemporary music, Koziak was a frequent performer in Penderecki’s projects and premiered works by composers such as Hanna Kulenty, Anna Zawadzka-Gołosz, and Elżbieta Sikora.
