Juliane Lachaut is a theatre director and researcher. Having trained on the Dramaturgy programme at the École normale supérieure de Lyon, she co-founded Groupe T in 2016 with the playwright Théo Cazau and the set designer Antonin Fassio. Following Together! (2019), Les Toits Bossus (2021) and Les Garçons qui croient sont très seuls, les autres Garçons sont perdus (2024), she is currently preparing La Femme allongée, which is scheduled for its full premiere in spring 2027 at the Studio-Théâtre de Vitry. She also teaches acting at the CNSAD and the CRR 93, whilst working on a PhD thesis on the acting method developed by Krystian Lupa.
